Develop a unified GIS map that meets business coverage requirements, layer specifications and technical indicators, and generate spatial address information data containing spatial coordinate information, full address names, address hierarchical structures, address coding rules, address scene tags and other relevant information. Build a standardized resource address library that can be mapped onto the GIS map to better support business applications, and provide an integrated platform offering multi-level standard address collection, mapping, cleaning, governance and management services.
