Mechanical inhibition of dissipation in a thermodynamically consistent active solid [data set]

Code (Python, partly as Jupyter notebooks) and raw data needed to reproduce the figures presented in the related publication. Code in "Analytics.zip" numerically evaluates analytical results shown in Fig.2, S2 and S3. The folder "particle_sim_code" contains code to simulate the Langevin dynamics of the active solid ("dry" and "wet" refer to simulations without and with explicit hydrodynamic interactions, respectively). Sample raw data from these simulations can be found in "datasets_particle_sim" and is used by "SM_data_for_figures" to reproduce the other figures in the main text and SM.
