his repository contains the source code, machine-readable data, exact-algebra records, interval certificates, numerical validation outputs, and figure-generation scripts supporting the manuscript “Global transfer-spectrum topology in fractional rank-one delay systems: Singularities and certified principal-sheet spectral exclusion”. The archive provides reproducible evidence for the rank-one transfer reduction, radial spectral geometry, discriminant and cusp structure, phase-sheet reconstruction, certified principal-sheet spectral exclusion, graded-mesh numerical validation, and benchmark calculations reported in the manuscript. Canonical manuscript data are kept separate from machine-dependent runtime validation. A clean-room rerun of the complete large timing benchmark is included in the validation records. Instructions, tested software dependencies, file manifests, and SHA-256 checksums are provided in the archive.
