mLOS results for the OC2 study: length-of-stay analysis of Orange County California shelter data (mLOS 0.3.0)

The complete output of one mLOS run on the OC2 dataset: length of stay of dogs at Orange County Animal Care, the largest animal shelter in Orange County, California, compared across three 15-month periods from January 2019 to September 2022. The deposit holds the Excel workbook, results.json with every computed number, each plot with a CSV of the values it draws, the console log, the data-preparation statistics, and the settings file that produced them. README.md explains the layout, and MANIFEST.csv gives each file's SHA-256. The input is the prepared-data deposit, made by the ShelterDataPrep tool from raw shelter data obtained from public records. The analysis is by the mLOS R-based tool, at the version in the title. A slide deck built from these results by an experimental Python package in mLOS is deposited separately.
