We analysed intestinal (colon) organoids from wildtype and AhR deficient mice to identify AhR dependent functions in intestinal stem cells Overall design: Orgnaoids were prepared from colonic crypts of WT and AhR deficient mice and maintained in either stem cell condition or differentiated into epithelial subsets. RNAseq was performed on total RNA.
