It is a longitudinal dataset comprising 296 US public biotechnology firms from 2004 to 2013. We measure intrafirm cohesion and openness as well as the number of disruptive patents of the firm. Several control variables are also measured. The data is in its original form and centering and the generation of interaction term is required for furthur analysis.
