电机传动效率可以反映电机传动能量的损失情况,是评价电机传动系统优劣的主要指标之一。
电机传动效率高,可以表明电机传动系统的损耗小、效率高、能量利用率高,能够节约能源、降低成本、提高生产效率等。本数据通过检测相关数据计算出样品电机的传动效率,比对有关标准文件,为电机保质保量、高效运行提供数据依据。1、数据采集:从企业生产的电机中随机抽选并检测所需数值;2、数据检测:检测电机的各项数据,包括电机输出功率P,负载线电压U,负载线电流I,功率系数K取0.8;3、数据处理:将检测得到的数据进行归集,通过电机传动效率公式计算得到传动效率X,公式如下:X=P/(√3*U*I*K)*1000,将计算得出的传动效率与标准文件进行比对,若传动效率>=80%,
则该电机产品符合合格标准,反之则不符合;(标准根据JB/T 6456-2010)4、数据应用:检测电机的传动效率对于提高电机的工作效率和能耗管理具有重要意义。本数据不仅能够判断生产的电机是否合格,保证生产质量,还有利于企业在电机传动系统设计、选型和维护中,选择高效的电机及传动系统,使能源利用更加高效。
Motor transmission efficiency reflects the energy loss incurred during motor transmission, and is one of the primary indicators for evaluating the performance of motor transmission systems.
A high motor transmission efficiency signifies low energy loss, high operational efficiency and high energy utilization rate of the motor transmission system, which enables energy conservation, cost reduction and improved production efficiency, among other benefits. This dataset calculates the transmission efficiency of sample motors by collecting and analyzing relevant detection data, and compares the results with relevant standard documents, providing a data basis for ensuring the quality, quantity and efficient operation of motors.
1. Data Collection: Randomly select and detect the required parameters from the motors produced by the enterprise.
2. Data Detection: Detect various parameters of the motor, including motor output power P, load line voltage U, load line current I, and the power factor K is set to 0.8.
3. Data Processing: Collect the detected data, and calculate the transmission efficiency X of the sample motor using the motor transmission efficiency formula as follows: X = P / (√3 * U * I * K) * 1000. Compare the calculated transmission efficiency with the standard document. If the transmission efficiency ≥ 80%, the motor product meets the qualified standards; otherwise, it does not. (The standard is based on JB/T 6456-2010)
4. Data Application: Detecting the transmission efficiency of motors is of significant importance for enhancing their operational efficiency and energy consumption management. This dataset can not only determine whether the produced motors meet the qualification standards and ensure production quality, but also assist enterprises in selecting efficient motors and transmission systems during the design, selection and maintenance of motor transmission systems, thereby optimizing energy utilization.
