Impacts of Small-Scale Honeybee Introductions on Native Bee Abundance Richenss and Diversity in Subalpine Tall Forb Communities in Central Utah Dataset

The primary objective of this study is to experimentally determine whether observed native bee diversity, richness, and abundance is significantly altered by the presence of small-scale commercially managed honeybee apiaries in subalpine tall forb communities on the Wasatch Plateau, Utah, USA. We approach this by comparing the population abundance of individual species as well as the community richness and diversity of native bees across multiple trapping sites using a BACI study design over the course of three years.
