The accession contains copy of bathythermograph XBT data . This contains one month data for April 10 to May 20, 1990 that was sent as radio messages from ship Paul to Fleet Numerical Oceanography Center (FNOC) via telecommunications. Data containing 5,200 observations was collected as part of Integrated Global Ocean Service System (IGOSS) and was received from NOAA, FNOC, Monterey, CA. The data was submitted by Mr. Mr. Paul Stevens to NODC.
