Research compendium for Bagby et al., Persistence and biodegradation of oil at the ocean floor following Deepwater Horizon

This research compendium contains all data and code required to run the analysis and produce the figures and tables presented in the Bagby et al. paper describing the analysis of biodegradation kinetics of seafloor oil contamination from the Deepwater Horizon disaster.  The data supplied are a cleaned and filtered subset of chemistry data from the federal Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) dataset.  See README for details.
