Transcriptome data of compatible soybean host inoculated with Sinorhizobium fredii with variants of NopP and NopI

Soybean, W05, was inoculated with wild-type Sinorhizobium fredii CCBAU25509 (R2), CCBAU45436 (R4), and T3SS, NopP-, NopI- swapped mutants of R2 and R4. 28 days after inoculation, roots and nodules were harvested and used for RNA-sequencing. These RNA-seq data of roots and nodules are deposited in this bioproject.
