资源简介:

The liquefaction of natural gas (LNG) is a thermodynamically demanding process, representing a primary bottleneck in the energy efficiency of the LNG value chain. This paper introduces the Nano-Enhanced Liquefaction Technology (NELT) framework, a novel, dual-pronged strategy employing carbon-based nanomaterials (CBNs) to fundamentally improve performance. The framework is built on two testable hypotheses: (1) The dispersion of low-concentration (0.1–0.5 wt%) CBNs in cryogenic refrigerants will augment heat transfer, targeting a liquefaction energy reduction of 5–8%. (2) The introduction of CBNs (0.05–0.2 wt%) as a combustion catalyst during regasification will enhance thermal efficiency by 4–7%, thereby reducing fuel consumption. We present the theoretical underpinnings, a rigorous validation roadmap, systematic solutions to critical engineering challenges, and a quantitative analysis of the potential economic and environmental benefits. NELT represents a paradigm shift from incremental improvements to a transformative approach for enhancing global energy sustainability.
