ManPTV is a MATLAB-based tool for manually tracking objects or fragments between two sequential image frames. It was developed for analysing high-speed recordings in experiments where automated tracking fails due to poor contrast, overlapping objects, or irregular motion. The tool provides interactive point selection, calculates displacement and velocity, and presents the results in both tabular and visual formats.
