KOLF2.1S was generated from the parental KOLF2-C1 line (https://hpscreg.eu/cell-line/WTSIi018-B-1) itself a clonal isolate of KOLF2 (https://hpscreg.eu/cell-line/WTSIi018-B) by correction of a heterozygous loss of function mutation in ARID2 using CRISPR based homology directed repair. When the line was generated, it was validated by Andrew Bassett's team using WGS and BioNano. We would like to validate the submitted samples against the original reference data to check for any chromosomal aberrations and mutations that might affect the downstream applications of the line
