Dataset accompanying manuscipt entitled "Molecular approach to unbiased staging of ovarian development in tuna (Thunnus albacares) fish"

This dataset contains Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer electropherograms of total RNA (nano-chips and small.chips) extracted from yellowfin tuna ovaries accompanying the manuscript "Molecular approach to unbiased staging of ovarian development in tuna (Thunnus albacares) fish" by Joyanta Bir, Oihane Diaz de Cerio, Maren Ortiz-Zarragoitia, Patricia Lastra Luque, Deniz Kukul, Iker Zudaire and Ibon Cancio. The dataset also contain RNA index values and qPCR data with transcription levels of RNAP-III related genes.
