The study includes 1 H37Rv reference, 47 TB positive, 30 TB negative and 1 NTM sputum DNA samples. Mycobacterium tuberculosis genome has been enriched using tilted probes targeted against the complete H37Rv reference genome. The enriched libraries were sequenced on Illumina HiSeq X Ten with average depth of 450X, with approximately 3 Gb data per sample. [https://doi.org/10.1016/j.tube.2020.101915]
