Intravital Two-Photon Imaging of Touch Sensory Axon Morphology in Mouse Skin

This dataset contains the original raw intravital two-photon imaging data associated with the publication “Intravital Two-Photon Imaging of Touch Sensory Axon Morphology in Mouse Skin.” These data include high-resolution in vivo images of low-threshold mechanoreceptor (LTMR) axon terminals in both hairy and glabrous mouse skin, collected across developmental and adult stages. The dataset supports analyses of axon morphology, organization, and longitudinal remodeling in identified sensory neuron subtypes. Imaging was performed using fluorescently labeled LTMRs in anesthetized mice, as described in the accompanying manuscript.
