Event Logs and Extraction Script for Process Mining in the RubricPro Educational Platform

This dataset contains the event logs and the extraction script utilized for the empirical process mining case study in the RubricPro educational platform. RubricPro is a web-based EdTech tool designed to manage rubric-based assessment cycles. The event_logs.csv file is structured to be seamlessly ingested by the PM4Py process mining library (XES standard compliant). It includes 396 processed event instances containing: case:concept:name: The evaluation lifecycle identifier. concept:name: The standardized system activity (e.g., evaluation.student_result_saved). time:timestamp: ISO 8601 formatted timestamps for performance and bottleneck analysis. Flattened metadata variables detailing specific interaction contexts without exposing private data.
