DELE1 mitochondrial integrated stress response to CHCHD10 G58R protein misfolding in striated muscle [RNA-seq]

Transcriptional mitochondrial stress response to CHCHD10 G58R protein misfolding in mouse heart, gastrocnemius, and tibalis anterior muscle the presence and absence of the DELE1 mitochondrial integrated stress responses Transcriptomics were measured in gastrocnemius, tibialis anterior, and heat muscle from P28 mice of the following genotypes: group 1 (Chchd10+/+; Dele1+), group 2 (Chchd10+/+; Dele1-/-), group 3 (Chchd10 G58R/+; Dele1+), and group 4 (Chchd10 G58R/+; Dele1-/-) by RNA-Seq. Dele1+ indicates either Dele1+/- or Dele1+/+. Chchd10 G58R/+ mouse model has the pathogenic mutation for Autosomal Dominant Inherited Mitochondrial Myopathy (p.G58R) knocked into the equivalent position of the mouse Chchd10 gene.
