Coding table for construction contract disputes in Vietnamese court judgments, 2016 to 2026 (version 2)

Dataset supporting the article "The Certification Gap: Why Statutory Payment Deadlines Fail in Construction Contracts" (Journal of Legal Affairs and Dispute Resolution in Engineering and Construction, manuscript LADR-1807, revised version). It contains the coding table of 236 judgment records and the analytic sample of 181 Vietnamese court judgments on construction works contracts, the codebook (version 3.1, twelve codes, eighteen decision rules), the records of two rounds of independent coding by a second coder, the approval table for every change from version 1, a case by case analysis of the certification failure for all 181 judgments, the screening reconciliation, and the scripts that build the dataset, compute the results and draw the figures.
