Gene expression of combretastatin A4 on quiescent retinal pigment epithelial cells

In this study, we seek to measure the effect that 6 hours of treatment with combretastatin A4 has on an immortalized cell line, quiescent hTert retinal pigment epithelial cells (RPE1s). The ultimate goal of this data set is to compare it to the corresponding human primary cell data set to find overlap in response. RNA-seq profiling of three replicates of quiescent hTert retinal pigment epithelial cells (RPE1s) treated with either 0.1% DMSO or 100 nM combretastatin A4 for 6 hours. RPE1s were made quiescent by cultivation at 100% confluency for 5 days before treatment.
