To investigate the transcriptomic changes in Mycobacterium bovis BCG in response to treament with the small molecule compound ACA or deletion of the fadD9 gene, we designed three experimental groups: Control group (HF-1), ACA- treated group (HF-2), fadD9 deletion group (HF-3).
