Gene expression profiles in Elastin (Eln+/-) mouse aorta and aortic valve tissue

Elastin wild type Eln+/+ and Eln+/- mouse aorta and aortic valve tissue. In the study, we demonstrated differential gene expression in juvenile elastin deficient mouse valve tissue.
