Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS) Analytic Dataset

This dataset was derived from the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS) and contains the analytic variables used in the study “Changes in Out-of-Pocket Healthcare Spending.” Variables include patient demographics, insurance status, comorbidities, and out-of-pocket expenditure measures. Data are de-identified and restricted to the minimal dataset necessary to replicate the study’s findings.
