CGCI-HTMCP-DLBCL

DICOM converted whole slide images of H&E-stained and immunohistochemistry-stained tissue sections from 43 subjects in the HIV+ Tumor Molecular Characterization Project - Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (HTMCP-DLBCL), part of the Cancer Genome Characterization Initiative (CGCI). The collection includes 496 slides with H&E and various IHC markers (BCL2, BCL6, CD10, CD20, CD3, CD79a, Ki-67, MUM1, TP53, EBER) for most subjects, plus INT stains for a subset. The original Aperio SVS slide images were obtained from the GDC and converted to DICOM Slide Microscopy format.
