Rail freight transport worldwide 2022

As of 2022, the United States was the country that transported a significant amount of freight. At over 2.2 trillion tonne-kilometers of cargo, the country dwarfed all others. Germany came second, with approximately 123 billion tonne-kilometers. That year, Turkey handled around 15.8 billion tonne-kilometers loads.
