资源简介:
Gastric adenocarcinoma, particularly the Lauren intestinal-type GAC (IGAC), leads to significant mortality in China due to the limited effectiveness of current treatments. We performed spatial transcriptomics to profile heterogeneous immune cell clusters in IGAC and validated our findings using scRNA-seq. Our study aims to investigate the mechanisms of immune suppression in IGAC to identify potential targets for enhancing immunotherapy outcomes. Overall design: Gastric cancer and matched normal gastric mucosa tissues (located more than 5 cm from the tumor) from two patients with intestinal-type gastric cancer were collected. For each patient, the gastric cancer sample (upper panel) and the normal gastric mucosa sample (lower panel) were placed on the same slide.
