This dataset contains surface (0m) and bottom water (50m) depth samples for dimethlysulphide (DMS), total dimethylsulphoniopropionate (DMSPT), particulate DMSP (DMSP<sub>p</sub>), dissolved DMSP (DMSP<sub>d</sub>), total dimethylsulphoxide (DMSO<sub>T</sub>), particulate DMSO (DMSO<sub>p</sub>) and dissolved DMSO (DMSO<sub>d</sub>) from long-term Western Channel Observatory (WCO) sampling station, L4 (50 15.00 N; 4 13.02 W) situated off the south-west coast of England, United Kingdom. The data were collected by scientists based at Plymouth Marine Laboratory and contain short time series data from 2014.
