The correspondence is concerned mainly with the fund raising for the establishment of a new accommodation and aged care facility. Item 4 contains inwards correspondence. Item 5 contains outwards correspondence. Item 6 is a summary of events. The other items comprise inwards, and copies of outwards, correspondence and financial records. The correspondence recorded in this series precedes the date of incorporation of Grace McKellar House, Geelong Rehabilitation Hospital and Centre for the Aged.
