In order to explore the specific underlying mechanism of BAP31 on the proliferation, migration and invasion of A2780 cells, the differentially expressed genes were detected via RNA-seq in the shBCAP31 and shCtrl groups. E-cadherin and N-cadherin were identified, which are genes that have important roles in the EMT were found in the two shBAP31 cell groups.
