Additional file 2. STEC Stx phages information. The information for all 279 Stx phages used in the final dataset is provided. Phages were characterized for: sequence length, number of proteins, cluster, predicted family, similar phage (hit of BlastN, query cover, E-value, percentage identity), Stx subtype/variant, the lysogen O-type, as well as origin (source of isolation) and country of isolation.
