House of Graphs witness ledger

Extremal and saturated graphs deposited on House of Graphs, each stored as a byte-exact graph6 witness and accepted only when two separate implementations verify its defining property. Every record states its claim, the prior art checked for it, and the archived evidence behind it. Prepared with substantial AI assistance (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex). The checks are computational; they are not human peer review. Version 1.0.1 archives the completed prior-art assessment and corrections to eight House of Graphs annotations. The same 26 byte-exact witnesses remain, with 17 known-value records, six new-value records, two classification records and one correction. This is a ledger correction, not new graph research. All historical per-record evidence DOIs are preserved. Data are CC-BY-4.0; code is MIT. Version 1.0.0 remains available.
