This document is the Technical Design Document (TDD) for the software implementation of an agent-based simulation model designed for the experimental verification of the Autonomous Ethical Stabilization Protocol (AESP) with Ergodicity Membrane mechanisms. The document provides a complete description of the simulation architecture, data structures, algorithms for the two-phase tick cycle, implementation of the key Protocol components (preventive virtual viscosity, innovation filter, connection weight verification, gradient isolation tax), evolutionary dynamics mechanisms (reproduction, mutation, inheritance), as well as specifications for visualization, logging, and error handling. The TDD serves as a direct implementation guide for developers and ensures the reproducibility of the computational experiment described in the corresponding research protocol. This document is supplementary material to the preprint "Experimental Verification of the Autonomous Ethical Stabilization Protocol (AESP) in an Agent-Based Model with Evolutionary Dynamics: A Research Protocol.
