data and code for "Phenological advance of an aggressive invasive outpaces co-blooming native and naturalized confamilials"

Data and code associated with manuscript entitled "Phenological advance of an aggressive invasive outpaces co-blooming native and naturalized confamilials". The csv files contain data on date of flowering and associated biolcimatic variables records of invasive Callery pear, two native Rosaceae taxa, and one naturalized taxon in the US. The data were analyzed post-invasion (~1990) so datasets exist for all taxa after this date. Other datasets include all flowering records for the non-invasives from 1850 to 2023. Finally, there is a dataset with Callery pear records in its native range (East Asia) and invaded range since 1990. The code used to analyze the data in the manuscript are provided as a .R file.
