We use a larval zebrafish model to assess the transcriptomic alterations caused by sub-phenotypic concentrations of two endocrine disrupting drugs: Raloxifene and Resorcinol. Overall design: We use two approaches to evaluate potential toxicological mechanisms; we compare serial dilutions of each drug to the vehicle control and we determine the Point of Departure (POD) for each drug by modelling gene expression changes as continuous systems.
