《江苏5G通信产业专利技术成熟度数据集》通过构建多维评估体系对5G通信领域专利技术成熟度进行量化分析,聚焦技术发展阶段、商业化应用潜力和技术生命周期三大核心维度,集通过分析专利法律状态、维持年限、同族专利覆盖国家数量、专利引证网络密度等指标评估技术稳定性,结合专利申请增长率、授权率、技术迭代周期等动态指标追踪技术演进轨迹,并运用Logistic生长曲线模型判断技术所处生命周期阶段。数据集划分培育期、成长期、成熟期三大技术等级,帮助通信设备制造商精准识别核心技术的商业化价值,为技术引进、研发方向调整提供决策依据。同时,该数据集构建的5G技术关联图谱可清晰呈现关键技术集群的关联强度与演进路径,为投资机构评估技术商业化前景、政府部门制定产业政策提供量化支撑。
The Jiangsu 5G Communications Industry Patent Technology Maturity Dataset conducts quantitative analysis on the maturity of patent technologies in the 5G communications field by constructing a multi-dimensional evaluation system, focusing on three core dimensions: technology development stage, commercialization potential, and technology lifecycle. It evaluates technical stability by analyzing indicators such as patent legal status, maintenance duration, the number of countries covered by patent families, and the density of patent citation networks; tracks the technology evolution trajectory by combining dynamic indicators including the growth rate of patent applications, grant rate, and technology iteration cycle; and uses the Logistic growth curve model to determine the lifecycle stage of the technology. The dataset is divided into three technology grades: incubation stage, growth stage, and maturity stage, which helps communications equipment manufacturers accurately identify the commercial value of core technologies, and provides decision-making basis for technology introduction and adjustment of R&D directions. In addition, the 5G technology association graph constructed by this dataset can clearly present the correlation strength and evolution path of key technology clusters, providing quantitative support for investment institutions to evaluate the commercialization prospects of technologies and for government departments to formulate industrial policies.
