Theis series was used to record details of water consumed by properties serviced by the Borough of Stawell Water Supply District. Information recorded includes a water rate number, name of the consumer, quantity of water consumed and the amount due. The second volume records additional information including a description of the property (allotment and section number), meter number, quantity allowed for the property and excess consumpton.
