Post-mortem Single Nucleus Transcriptomics from Parkinson's and Control Brains

This Zenodo deposit contains a publicly available description of the Dataset: Title: "Post-mortem Single Nucleus Transcriptomics from Parkinson's and Control Brains". Description: Samples of the Cingulate Cortex and Substantial Nigra from post-mortem brains (PMDBS) were obtained from the New York Brain Bank and prepared for single nucleus sequencing on the Chromium Next GEM Single Cell v3.1 (Dual Index) platform. This dataset is made available to researchers via the ASAP CRN Cloud: cloud.parkinsonsroadmap.org. Instructions for how to request access can be found in the User Manual.
