This high-quality genome assembly, approximately 2.1 Gbp in size, was generated using state-of-the-art sequencing technologies, including PacBio, PacBio Hi-Fi, Illumina paired-end (PE), and Hi-C for chromosome conformation capture. The assembly achieved scaffold and contig N50 values of 133.765 Mbp and 8.189 Mbp, respectively, with repetitive elements comprising 81.45% of the genome. Gene annotation was conducted using transcriptomic data from 19 tissues across various developmental stages, resulting in the identification of 46,357 protein-coding genes, of which 99.70% were functionally characterized.
