资源简介:
The in vitro studies showed that yolkin counteracted and modified cytokine production induced by LPS in splenocyte cultures. The production of the proinflammatory cytokines, such as TNF α, IFN ɣ and IL-6 was inhibited, but that of IL-10 stimulated. Yolkin induced in splenocytes and in a macrophage cell line activation of mitogen activated kinase (MAPK) profiles characteristic for cell differentiation or apoptosis. These actions were also correlated with stimulation of expression and production of cyclooxygenases 1 and 2. Of note, yolkin inhibited also growth of mouse lymphocytic leukemia L-1210, and exhibited an additive inhibitory effect with cisplatin. The results supplement the already existing knowledge on the mechanism of yolkin action. The detailed description of the dataset is presented in readme.txt file. The experimental methodology is included in the linked publication.
