MLL-AF9 driven AML cells regress when LIN28B is ectopically expressed.RNA-seq was performed to measure LIN28B expression and associated changes in gene expression Overall design: MLL-AF9 virus was used to induce AML from widtype or tet-on LIN28B rogenitors. After leukemia engraftment, LIN28B expression was induced in experimental mice by feeding Doxycycline chow. AML were harvested 6 days later to assess gene expression.
