Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) metrix in children

We would like to request access to pediatric Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) data to investigate potential sex differences in glycemic outcomes. Specifically, we aim to compare boys and girls across key CGM metrics such as time in range, time below/above range, mean glucose, and glycemic variability, with attention to puberty stage and day/night differences. Sub-analyses in post-menarcheal girls will examine glycemic changes across menstrual cycle phases. To ensure robust results, we will also collect information on covariates such as age, diabetes duration, Body Mass Index (BMI), treatment modality, and device type. These data will enable us to disentangle biological from behavioral and technological influences and to develop evidence-based recommendations for personalized diabetes management in children and adolescents.
