we investigated the effects of biocontrol agent Paecilomyces lilacinus and Bacillus pumilus on stem nematode infection and plant growth in sweet potato. And irrigating roots treated with the nematicide fosthiazate is one of the most effective measures to control sweetpotato stem nematode disease in China, and acted as conventional nematicide treatment in this assay. In addition, the effect of P.lilacinus and B.pumilus on the sweet potato rhizosphere bacterial community was studied by high-throughput sequencing technology. The results will provide a theoretical basis for assessing the microbial ecology risk of P.lilacinus and B.pumilus application, and an efffcient biocontrol agent to control stem nematode.
