Data & Code for Seasonal variation in whole-body elemental concentrations and excreta production of a riparian orb-weaving spider (Larinioides cornutus)

This repository contains the data, R code, and files associated with the manuscript "Seasonal variation in elemental composition and excreta production of the riparian orb-weaving spider Larinioides cornutus." The dataset includes whole-body elemental concentrations, excreta carbon and nitrogen concentrations, cumulative excreta production, spider body mass, sampling dates (Julian day), and associated metadata collected across seven sampling periods during the 2024 growing season.
