本数据集包含了青藏高原中部地区昂拉仁错、昂孜错、别若则错、蔡几错、洞措、嘎荣错、空母错、朗错、帕茹错、齐格错、仁青休布错、塔若错、兹格塘错、羊卓雍错和扎日南木措等22个湖泊表层沉积物的元素地球化学组成数据。具体包括Al,Ba,Ca,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na,P,Sr,Ti,Zn,Cr,Ni,Cu,As,Cd,Pb,TOC和TN数据。数据由中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所湖泊与环境国家重点实验室的ICP-AES,ICP-MS和元素分析仪完成,重复测量标准差在5%以内。该数据集反映了两湖地区沉积物的化学性质,可以用于湖泊沉积物-湖水盐度定量重建转换方程的建立,评估湖泊生态风险与识别现代人类活动的对湖泊环境的影响。
This dataset contains elemental geochemical composition data of surface sediments from 22 lakes in the central Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, including Angla Ren Co, Angzi Co, Bieruoze Co, Caiji Co, Dongcuo, Garong Co, Kongmu Co, Lang Co, Paru Co, Qige Co, Renqinxiu Co, Taro Co, Zigetang Co, Yamdrok Tso, Zhari Namco, and 7 additional lakes. Specifically, the data includes concentrations of Al, Ba, Ca, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, P, Sr, Ti, Zn, Cr, Ni, Cu, As, Cd, Pb, total organic carbon (TOC) and total nitrogen (TN). The measurements were conducted using ICP-AES, ICP-MS and elemental analyzer at the State Key Laboratory of Lake Science and Environment, Nanjing Institute of Geography and Limnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, with the relative standard deviation of replicate measurements within 5%. This dataset reflects the geochemical properties of surface sediments from the studied lakes, and can be used to establish quantitative transfer functions for reconstructing lake sediment-water salinity, evaluate lake ecological risks, and identify the impacts of modern human activities on lake environments.
