客服同义词检测能力

在江苏电信智慧客服系统运营过程中，对人工服务通话文本或用户线上触点输入中出现的意思相同的词进行了积累并对外提供标准能力，第三方应用可以用利用该能力，检索特定词包含含义（词性+词意）列表，特对特定含义，检索所有相同含义的所有表达方式（同义词）

During the operation of the Jiangsu Telecom Smart Customer Service System, synonymous terms with identical meanings appearing in manual service call transcripts or user online touchpoint inputs have been accumulated, and standard relevant capabilities have been externally provided. Third-party applications can leverage this capability to retrieve the list of meanings (part-of-speech + word definition) of a specific term, and additionally retrieve all synonymous expressions for a given specific meaning.
