Huangbaomiyou and Guanximiyou Raw sequence reads

The sarcocarp of ''Guanximiyou'' is white, and of its mutation (''Huangbaomiyou'') is yellow. The aim of this study is to exploring the differentially expressed genes that associated with colouration through by transcriptomic analysis in ripening sarcocarp of ''Guanximiyou'' and its mutation. The experimental materials are the ripening sarcocarp of ''Guanximiyou'' and ''Huangbaomiyou'', with 3 biological replicates. 6 samples were used for RNA-seq, 45.19Gb clean data was obtained, Q30 is up to or more than 92.38%.
