Parental perspectives on the use of children's facial images, and performance evaluation of facial analysis technologies

Supplementary material contains the full survey distributed and used on Qualtrics survey software to understand parents' perspectives on the collection, storage, use, and publication of their children's facial images. Additionally, the supplementary material contains additional results and analyses performed in SPSS used for the performance evaluation of facial analysis technologies on four congenital disorders.
