Embryonic stem cell (ESC) (mouse) could interact with various tumor cell (mouse). We cocultured ESCs and turmos cells for different times, then seperated them and did the RNA-Seq for each kind of cells. Here is the raw data of the RNA-Seq, which showed the changes of gene expression of ESCs and tumor cells after coculture.
