Level of trust on telemedicine in Mexico 2021

According to a survey conducted in Mexico in 2021, close to 60 percent of respondents trust remote medical services to some extent, while 36 percent does not trust them. According to the same study, of those who had already used telemedicine, over eight in every ten stated remote medical services were equally good or better than face-to-face appointments.

据2021年在墨西哥进行的一项调查，接近60%的受访者对远程医疗服务抱有一定程度的信任，而36%的受访者则不信任。根据同一研究，在已经使用过远程医疗服务的受访者中，超过十分之八的人表示远程医疗服务与面对面预约的效果相当甚至更佳。
